Stomach Stretch

Resistance Flexibility Training
To resistance stretch, start in position two with your leg out to the side at an angle and resist by pushing your knee up and away from your body as your heel pushes it down and toward the floor.

Resistance Strength Training
To strengthen, start in position three and resist by pushing your knee up and away from your body as your knee slows down this movement.
