Skin Stretch

Resistance Flexibility Training
To resistance stretch, start in position one and resist by using your arms to pull your knees together as your knees open and criss cross your arms.

Resistance Strength Training
To strengthen, start in position two and resist by using your arms to pull your knees together as your knees slow down this movement.
