Tandem Leaning: Tandem Stretching & Strengthening
- Read the introduction.
- Clasp fingers with your tandem partner (picture one).
- Lean away from them as they lean away from you.
- As you continue to lean away from them, begin closing their arms by opening yours.
- Continue to lean away from them while opening your arms as they close your arms.
Reciprocal Lean: Isometric, Concentric, and Eccentric Contractions
