Tandem Leaning: Tandem Stretching & Strengthening
- Read the introduction.
- Sit back to back with your tandem partner. You can sit in a wide leg pose or with your legs crossed.
- Grab the end of one towel with one hand and another towel with your other hand as they do the same.
- Use your arms to pull forward on the towels and lean away from them as they lean away from you.
- Use one of your arms to pull their arms back as they continue to lean away from you.
- Use your other arm to lean away from them as they pull your arm back.
- Keep leaning forward with your arms as you both give and take with each other's arms.
