Tandem Leaning: Tandem Stretching & Strengthening
- Read the introduction.
- Lay on the ground side by side with your tandem partner.
- Place the bottom of your foot on the bottom of their foot.
- Lean into their foot as they lean into yours.
- Push their foot away as they continue to lean into you.
- Keep leaning into their foot as they push your foot back.
