It is commonly known that exercise can generally affect your emotional state. But many of the people performing these stretches have experienced that each of the different types of stretches can predictably change very specific emotional behaviors.

Making any one of the Muscle-Meridian Groups more flexible results in two things. First, you experience a specific high emotional state. At the same time, you dismantle its opposite low state. This is a unique aspect of the Meridian Flexibility System.
