During class, we go through a 16 stretch energy flow series using beginner, intermediate, or advanced self stretches.
Santa Monica Resistance Stretching Classes
How to Begin:
To attend class, meet at the YMCA (membership or day pass required). Contact Luther for more information.
Audience:
All ages and abilities, beginner to advanced.
How it Works:
In a small group setting, you will learn the basic concepts of Resistance Flexibility & Strength Training through self stretching. My classes provide the perfect space to address any questions or concerns you may have about a particular stretch.
Details:
- Bring or wear comfortable exercise clothes.
- Empty stomach or light snack before, but don't come hungry.
- Please arrive early.
