How to Begin:
To attend class, please RSVP at least 24 hours before class. RSVP Luther by email or phone/text message to 512.743.711.
Audience:
All ages and abilities, beginner to advanced.
How it Works:
In a small group setting, you will learn the basic concepts of Resistance Flexibility & Strength Training through self stretching, partner stretching, and mashing. My classes provide the perfect space to address any questions or concerns you may have about a particular stretch.
Details:
- Come alone or with friend(s).
- Please bring a yoga mat and drinking water.
- Bring or wear comfortable exercise clothes.
- Empty stomach or light snack before, but don't come hungry.
- Please arrive early.

Donation Based - Pay As You Wish
When:
Every WEDNESDAY (new day) from 6:30 - 8:00 pm

Where:
At the beach in Santa Monica, on the grass, just south of the pier (closest address is 1 Pacific Terrace).

There is short term parking available just north of the grass at 1640 Appian Way ($1 per hour / 2 hour maximum). There is also all day parking available in other adjacent lots.
