Luther I love to juice vegetables. It's a great way to pack in the nutrition housed within the vegetables and quickly reap the benefits. I can consume far more vegetables by juicing than I ever could by eating. Don't get me wrong, I think it's great to eat my veggies too. Juicing is just a great way to start my day and ensure that I intake adequate amounts of green vegetables.

I usually start out the day with about 28 ounces of juice made from certified organic vegetables. I usually choose from the following: collard greens, kale, spinach, celery, carrots, cucumber, zuchinni, and an apple for taste. If I'm feeling crazy, I might throw in some ginger or garlic.

If you are looking for a quality juicer, I recommend the Omega 8005.
