I find that biking around town and Meridian Stretching is enough of a work out for me. But, for the serious athlete, the system can be complimentary to their existing work out and strength training routine. Generally, most people have learned how to get a good work out and how to strength train, but most of the world has not figured out how to get a good stretch.
